Now, this is a working title and perhaps might frighten some little ones but my son named this himself and it is a staple in our household (for both adults and children). Its very creamy and delicious and a nice, quick alternative to macaroni cheese or spag bol if you are pasta addicts like us!

INGREDIENTS:
Half a ripe avocado
1 handful of grated cheese
1 handful dried pasta
1 handful of grated cheese
1 clove of garlic
METHOD:
Place the pasta in a pan full of boiling water with a pinch of salt and cook for 12 minutes, or until soft.
In the meantime, chop the garlic up into tiny chunks and mash the avocado with the back of a fork. Combine the two and fry in a drizzle of olive oil or butter in a frying pan on a high heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly until you can see the garlic shards start to brown. Remove it from the heat and stir in the grated cheese.
Drain the pasta, and stir through the green sauce. Because it is so slimy, it coats the pasta nicely – once it is all mixed together – serve!
TIP: if you want to turn this into an adult dish, add a pinch of chilli flakes, a squeeze of lemon juice and a good few grinds of the pepper-mill and voila!
