A very quick, tasty little pudding that takes less than half an hour.

INGREDIENTS:
1 handful of cherries
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp of caster sugar
2 tbsp of self raising flour
1 tbsp of soft butter
METHOD:
Turn the oven to 180 degrees.
Melt the butter, add the sugar and flour and beat until smooth.
Destone the cherries and mash slightly, add the egg yolk and mix.
Add the cherry mixture to the flour mixture and pour into a buttered ramekin.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the pudding and leave it to cool for 5 minutes and then serve!
Feel free to drown this one in pouring custard – it’s very delicious! You can substitute the cherries for blueberries or raspberries if you wish, or all three.
