
INGREDIENTS:
A handful of chopped butternut squash
Half a tin of chopped tomatoes
1 handful of grated cheese
1 handful of gnocchi
1 capful of apple cider vinegar

METHOD:
Turn the oven to 180 degrees.
Place the butternut squash and chopped tomatoes into a tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 45 mins.
After which, add the gnocchi and vinegar plus 6 tbsp of cold water and sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Bake for a further 15 minutes.
Remove and leave to cool for a few minutes.
