Mack Pat


INGREDIENTS:
2 smoked mackerel fillets
2 tbsp of cream cheese
1 tbsp of seeds
1 slice of lemon

METHOD:
Peel the skin off the mackerel and check for any bones, break it up with your fingers and pop in into a large mixing bowl.
Add the cream cheese and squeeze the lemon juice in.
Mash it all up with the back of a fork until it’s smooth.
Sprinkle the seeds over the top.
Spoon it over a baked potato or in a sandwich for an alternative to tuna mayo 😊
