
INGREDIENTS FOR HUMMUS:
1 tin of drained chickpeas
2 tbsp of low fat Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp of lemon juice
Glug of olive oil (additional)

METHOD:
Pop all the above in a blender and blitz until smooth.
I added a pinch of smoked paprika for colour here.

INGREDIENTS FOR TZATZIKI:
3 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt
Half a finely grated cucumber
1 tsp of lemon juice

MEHTOD:
Combine the yoghurt, cucumber and lemon. Done!

INGREDIENTS FOR MINTY PEA DIP:
1 tin of drained marrow fat peas
2 tbsp of low fat cream cheese
1 bunch of mint leaves
.
METHOD:
Put the peas, cream cheese and mint into a blender and blitz until smooth. (This was the most popular with mine today despite the fact it was the green option 🤪)

Serve!
I keep these in the fridge in Tupperware boxes as an alternative, quick and cheap snack for hungry smalls that just can’t wait until dinner after school or nursery 😊 they are all freezable too 💚
