Spaghetti Beanballs

INGREDIENTS:
Half a tin of baked beans
1 mug of cous cous
Half a tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp of ricotta/cream cheese
.
METHOD:
Add the baked beans and cous cous to a jug, place cling film over it and pop it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, remove it and leave it to steam for a further 5 minutes.
Once it’s cooled a little, roll the mixture into little balls and fry them off in a frying pan with a little oil on a medium heat until they crisp up on the outside.
Once they are crispy, remove the beanballs and add half a tin of chopped tomatoes to the frying pan with a glug of olive oil and turn the heat up high.
Add the ricotta and mix thoroughly until it is blended together.
That’s it! Ready to pour over spaghetti or pasta and just pop your “meatballs” on top.
.
Serve!
