INGREDIENTS:
Half a cauliflower
4 handfuls of rice crispies
1 tbsp of creme fraiche
1 handful of grated cheese
1 tbsp of garlic powder

METHOD:
Turn the oven to 180.
To a blender, add the cauliflower, 2 handfuls of rice crispies, the garlic powder, cheese and creme fraiche.
Blitz until smooth.
Then roll the mixture into little golf ball sized balls.
Roll the balls in the remaining rice crispies.
Pop them on a tray lined with greaseproof paper (leave so space between them because they do spread a little) and bake for half an hour.
Remove and leave to cool.

Serve!
Don’t worry if they flatten a bit when their baked, I promise you, they are delicious whatever shape!
