
Fish Pie

INGREDIENTS:
1 handful of any chopped raw fish
1 sweet potato
1 block of frozen spinach/handful of fresh
2 tbsp of mushy peas
2 tbsp of double cream
.
METHOD:
Turn the oven to 180.
Peel and chop the sweet potato and add to a saucepan with the spinach & boil until the sweet potato is soft.
Then drain it and mash it together.
Add the fish chunks to an ovenproof dish (checking for bones).
Add the cream and mushy peas to the fish and mix altogether.
Spoon over the mash mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove & leave to cool slightly.

Serve!
Harry devoured this after he discarded the sprig of dill off the top because he was convinced it was moss 😂🤦♀️
