INGREDIENTS:
1 rasher of bacon
1 carrot
Half a low salt stock cube
1 handful of cherry tomatoes
1 handful of pasta

METHOD:
Chop the bacon up into small chunks and fry in a saucepan with a little butter until crispy.
Peel and chop the carrot into little chunks and add it to the bacon.
Then slice the tomatoes and throw those in too, followed by the mug of stock and an extra mug full of boiling water.
Once bubbling away, add the pasta and leave to simmer until the pasta is soft.
That’s it.

Serve!
I added some chopped herbs and grated cheese plus some toast fingers and Harry loved it.
