INGREDIENTS (makes 4):
1 large square of puff pastry
2 handfuls of raspberries
1 Apple
1 tbsp of chia seeds
250 ml of pourable custard

METHOD:
Turn the oven to 180.
Grate the apple into a bowl.
Add the raspberries, chia seeds and custard – mix together and set aside for 20 mins for the chia seeds to puff up.
Slice the pastry longways (see my stories) and add the filling to one side, fold over and fork down the sides.
Egg wash the pastry and pop in the oven on a tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 25 mins.
Remove and that it.

Serve!
These are really yummy, I might have eaten 2 of them (I made 4……)
