INGREDIENTS:
1 avocado
Half an tin of drained tuna
2 cherry tomatoes
A few slices of mozzarella

METHOD:
Turn the oven to 180.
Add the tuna to a bowl.
Half the avocado and remove the stone.
Spoon out half the contents of the avocado and add it to the tuna (see stories to show you what I mean).
Mash the removed avocado and tuna together and spoon it back into the avocado cups.
Pop the avo halves into a muffin tray to stop them from falling over in the oven.
Slice the cherry tomatoes up small and add sprinkle them over the top.
Pop the mozzarella on top and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove and that’s it.
