
Tuna Bake

INGREDIENTS (makes 2):
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 tin of tuna (drained)
Half a courgette
1 handful of sweetcorn
1 handful of grated cheese

METHOD:
Turn the oven to 180.
Grate the courgette and drain any excess water off over the sink.
To the courgette, add the tuna, sweetcorn and cheese.
Mix it all together.
Make two rectangles with the puff pastry and add the filling to one end of each one.
Fold over and fork the edges down.
Bake for 15 minutes.
(Optional but nice to extra golden crunch) After 15 minutes, remove and wash with egg mixed with olive oil.
Bake for a further 10 mins.
Remove and leave to cool.

I’ve made the egg & olive oil wash optional because you don’t need to if your little one has an egg allergy but it makes it very crispy and golden if you want it to look like this 😊
