
Gnocchi Pops

INGREDIENTS:
3 handfuls of gnocchi
1 handful of grated cheese
A good glug of passata/chopped tomatoes
1 egg
2 olives (optional)

METHOD:
Turn the oven to 180.
Add the gnocchi, enough tomato to cover them plus the cheese and egg to a jug and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture evenly between 6 muffins trays and top each one with a slice of olive if you wish.
Bake at 180 for 25 mins.
Remove and leave to cool before popping them out.
That’s it!

Serve!
I gave Harry a couple after he got home from school and they definitely kept him going until dinner 👍 you can also add lots of extra veg to these if you want but I thought I’d keep them simple today 😊
