INGREDIENTS:
3 hotdog rolls (preferably brioche but not essential)
1 handful of raisins
1 handful of marshmallows
250ml of milk
1 tbsp of cinnamon

METHOD:
Turn the oven to 180.
Fill a dish with the bread.
Sprinkle with the raisins, marshmallows and cinnamon.
Pour over 150ml of milk and bake for 30 mins.
After which, pour oven the remaining 100ml of milk and squash down so everything is soaked in milk, then pop back in the oven for 20 mins.
Once cooked, remove it and leave it set.
That’s it.

Serve!
This is a great way to use up stale bread and makes the house smell like a danish bakery 🤗🤗 the texture is like soft cake with a sweet caramelised topping.
